تصميم وبناءDesign & build

هنا يلتقي التصميم والتطوير في يدٍ واحدة. لا أستعجل ولا أُمرّر تفصيلًا لا يُقنعني، حتّى يخرج المنتج رصينًا.Design and development meet in one hand. I don't rush, and I won't let a detail I'm not convinced by slip past — everything gets its due in review until the product is solid.

الإطلاق ليس النهاية. أُسلّم المنتج وفريقك جاهزٌ له، وأبقى قريبًا بدعمٍ يناسب المشروع ما دمتَ تحتاجه.Launch isn't the finish line. I hand over with your team ready for it, and stay close with support that fits the project for as long as you need it.

كيف نبدأ؟How do we start?
نلتقي على كوب قهوة لأفهم المشروع وطبيعته وحجمه. وإن كان مناسبًا للطرفين، سأرسل لك ملخّصًا وعرض سعر.We meet over a cup of coffee to understand the project — its nature and its size. If it's a good fit for both sides, I'll send you a brief and a quote.
كم يستغرق تنفيذ المشاريع؟How long do projects take?
لا أحدّد مدّة التنفيذ قبل أن أعرف متطلّبات المشروع كاملةً؛ هي التي ترسم الإطار الزمنيّ وتكشف إن كان العمل على مرحلة أو مراحل. ولا أعمل على عجل: بين السرعة والجودة علاقة عكسيّة، وأنا أُعطي المشروع حقّه من المراجعة والتجربة.I don't set a delivery time without knowing the project's full requirements. Knowing them helps define the timeframe and whether the work ships in one phase or several. I also rarely work in a rush: there's an inverse relationship between quality and speed, and because I always deliver quality, I give the project its due in review and testing.
ماذا يحدث بعد الإطلاق؟What happens after launch?
بعد الانتهاء من المشروع أقدّم دعمًا يناسب طبيعته: إصلاح الأخطاء، والصيانة، والتعديلات الصغيرة. ثمّ يمكن الاستمرار باتّفاق شهريّ مرن.Once the project is done, I offer support suited to its nature — bug fixes, maintenance, small changes. After that, we can continue on a flexible monthly retainer.
هل تعمل عن بُعد؟Do you work remotely?
لا أعمل إلّا عن بُعد، وأوافيك بتحديث مستمرّ، أسبوعيّ في الغالب.I work remotely only. I make sure to give a continuous update, usually weekly.
هل تأخذ مشاريع دون تصميم جاهز؟Do you take projects without a design?
لا بأس بذلك، لكن إن كان التصميم غير مقبول فنيًّا فسأرفضه صراحةً. أعمل في التصميم والتطوير معًا، ويهمّني أن تُؤخَذ التفاصيل وأهداف المشروع بعين الاعتبار من اليوم الأوّل.That's fine — but if the design isn't technically sound, I'll honestly turn it down. I work design and development together. It matters to me that the details and the project's intended goals are taken into account from day one.
